The currently-proposed remodel allows for 21 luxury apartments comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom units, elevator access, outdoor living space, and modern amenities, all while preserving and highlighting the historical integrity and character of the building.

Additionally, the property includes approximately 3⁄4 acres of vacant land behind the existing structure. This land allows for the construction of approximately 12 additional multi-family units, which under current plans would incorporate a more modern contemporary style of design and architecture. The exterior will also get a facelift, ramp, and new stairs will be added.
